This Committee represents the Board of Commissioners and advises them on how to best use Oxford County's share of opioid settlement funds. Final decisions regarding use or distribution of the funds remain at the Commissioners' discretion.

Committee Members

The OCORC consists of five appointed members who work in the opioid addiction and recovery field:

• Kari Taylor, Chair – Director, Western Maine Addition Recovery Initiative, The HILLS Recovery Center, Person in Recovery from SUD

• Glenn Gordon - Outreach Clinician, OPTIONS Program, Community Concepts, Person in Recovery from SUD

• Dr. Janet Proulx – Mental Health and SUDs Clinical Supervisor, Alternative Correctional Healthcare

• Hillary McAllister - Clinical Program Manager, Community Concepts, Affected Other

• Dr. Lisa Miller – Maine Health, Medical Director of Western Maine Comprehensive Addiction Medicine Program
