1. The Applicant will present his/her appeal


2. The Town will present its position


3. Rebuttal by the Applicant


4. Rebuttal by the Town


5. Questions from Board members to either party



Please note that:


1. All presentations will be directed to the Oxford County Board of Assessment Review, through the Chair


2. There will be no direct questions or cross examination by either the Applicant or Town unless so authorized by the Board


3. The Board may ask questions of either party at any time
