Oxford County is part of Prosecutorial District Three, which also includes Androscoggin and Franklin counties. The District Attorney is Andrew Robinson of Farmington, who worked as an Assistant District Attorney and then Deputy District Attorney for 15 years before his 2014 election. He is a graduate of both the University of Maine and the University of Maine School of Law.
The Oxford County District Attorney's Office is staffed full-time by Assistant District Attorneys Joseph M. O'Connor (since 1990), Richard R. Beauchesne (since 1998) and Alexandra Winter (since 2014). District Attorney Robinson, as well as attorneys from other offices within the district, are also available for grand jury, trial sessions and as otherwise needed.
