Mission Statement

The Oxford County Regional Communications Center serves as an Enhanced 911 Public Safety Answering Point and Regional Communications Center providing the most critical communications link between Emergency First Responders, (Law Enforcement, Fire Service, and Emergency Medical Service) citizens, visitors, and the counties fifty-four towns, townships, and plantations throughout the County of Oxford.

It is essential to our success that we treat every call for service with empathy as our staff of highly trained professionals is the first point of contact during emergency and non-emergency quests for vital support and assistance.

Emergency Public Safety Communications Dispatchers are dedicated to service, respect, and the integrity of the people we all serve. 

Under our core values the Oxford County Regional Communications Center will strive to accomplish its mission by providing the highest level of professional service possible and standing by our dictum of “Dedication- Respect-Service-Integrity.”
