She has a master's degree in American and New England Studies from the University of Southern Maine. Pat is the 18th register to serve the county since its inception in 1805. She replaces Jane C. The Registry handles deeds, mortgages, discharges, liens, abstracts of divorce, abstracts of probate, land installment contracts, powers of attorney, court papers and anything affecting the ownership of land including subdivision plans and standard boundary surveys.

Land records from Stoneham, Stow, Sweden, Lovell, Fryeburg, Brownfield, Denmark, Porter and Hiram are kept at the Western District Office located at 38 Portland Street, Fryeburg, ME 04037.
