Minutes of Dec. 1, 2009

            At the Court of Oxford County Commissioners begun and held at Paris, within and for the County of Oxford on December 1, 2009 there were present:

5:00     Pledge of Allegiance

5:00 – 6:50 Executive Session to discuss the Dispatchers’ petition for a bargaining unit

            IT PERSON - The County has received proposals from two IT people, Chris Sanborn and Jeff Beebe. Sanborn submitted references, but Beebe did not.  References will be requested from Beebe.

            THE FOLLOWING PROPOSALS WERE ACCEPTED:

            Replace windows in Deeds and Probate
            Quality Custom Windows       $4620.00

            Repair roof leak in left front office at the Airport
            Homeworks                             $1850.00

            Replace motor and starter on rear exhaust fan  @ the Airport
            Nason                                      $3186.00

            Replace Blower Shaft and bearings in Reznor unit
            C & G Heating                        $4804.24

            Executive Session to discuss deputy negotiations

            The following were either approved or signed by the County Commissioners:

1. minutes of the last meeting
2. rebid replacing the porch and roof on the DA entrance
3. To hold the first Tuesday meetings beginning in  May through September and others as needed
4. To allow deputy Justin Brown to carry over his vacation time to the end of March 2010.

      The Commissioners adjourned at 9 p.m. until Dec. 15, 2009, being a regular session.
